1.  Category- Subscription for one year (2.400,00 den.)

• (Persons who have chosen a primary doctor in offices in Neuromedica)

• This category is for Macedonian citizens only. It includes:

• Check ups (general practitioners) - free of charge;

• Gynaecological  check (if the patient have chosen a primary gynaecologist from   Neuromedica-free of charge, and if doesn’t he gets 20% discount).

• Dental check ups - free of charge;

• 20% discount for all dental and prosthetic services;

• Home visit, ECG, routine laboratory tests: blood, urine, SE (once a month) by the indication of Neuromedica’s practitioner – free of charge;

• 20% discount of medical transport on the territory of R. Macedonia and in/from the neighbour countries.

2. Category-Subscription for one year  (4.200,oo den.)

• (Persons who doesn’t have chosen a primary doctor in Neuromedica)

• This category is for Macedonian citizens only. It includes:

• Check ups (general practitioners)- free of charge;

• Gynaecological  check ups ( if the patient have chosen a primary gynecologist from   Neuromedica-free of charge, and if doesn’t he gets 20% discount).

• Dental check ups- free of charge;

• 20% discount for all dental and prosthetic services;

• Home visit, ECG, routine laboratory tests: blood, urine, SE (once a mount) by the indication of Neuromedica’s practitioner – free of charge;

• 20% discount of medical transport on the territory of R. Macedonia and in/from the neighbor  countries.

3.Category -Subscription for one year  (6.900,oo den.)

• This category is for Macedonian citizens only. It includes:

• All benefits from the category 2;

• Dental conservative services (once a month) – free of charge;

• Physical therapy (once a year) – free of charge;

• Specialist check ups (twice a year) – free of charge;

• 20% discount of surgical interventions ;

• 20% discount of dental-surgery interventions;

• 20% discount of CT, NMR, EEG, EHO;

• 20% discount of all specific laboratory examinations;

• Psychology tests – free of charge;

• Medical transport in the city area once a year – free of charge. 

4. Category  - Subscription up to 6 months 180 EUR

• - Subscription  over 6 months (equals 240 EUR per year)

• This category is for temporary residents & foreigners. It includes:

• Medical check ups in the offices in Neuromedica – free of charge;

• Home visits, ECG and routine lab tests (once a month) – free of charge;

• Physical therapy (once a year) – free of charge;

• Specialists check ups (twice a year) – free of charge;

• 20% discount for all investigations performed in Neuromedica offices (pregnancy tests, spermogram,microbiological and cytological investigations,Doppler-sonography,Holter, EHO…)

• 20% discount for all surgical interventions;

• 20% discount for CT, NMR, EEG;

• Medical transport in city area (once a year) – free of charge.

5. Category  - Special Subscription

• This category is for firms, institutions, companies... only and depends from the clients desires.
